Terms of Sales

Please check the entire order before validating the basket. Therefore, after payment thereof, no change or cancellation will be possible.

 

Price :the prices displayed are in euros.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.

I accept payment by Paypal and CB.

 

Delivery: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

They vary according to the weight of the order.

Shipments are made by post (Collissimo/letter followed), or by Mondial Relay depending on the country of dispatch of the order (for Belgium and Luxembourg).

Any delay in delivery, loss of package, damaged package is not my responsibility.

 

Products in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 working days.

Products made to order are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks depending on the packaging.

These deadlines are noted on each product sheet.

Deliveries in Belgium, Luxembourg are made only via Mondial Relay.

 

 

Return and refund:

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code on the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, if the product does not suit you.

Personalized products (with first name, choice of material: colors and fabrics or a particular model) will not be returned or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to order, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

The product must be returned in its packaging, new, with all the accessories if there are any. In this case, no refund will be made.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Commission costs will be deducted from the refund, i.e. 15% of the total amount of your order (shipping costs are not part of the total order).
